1. Data Ownership & Tenant Control

All applicant personal information (PII), uploaded academic transcripts, and institutional configuration remain the sole property of the respective university/institution. Admitly does not sell or share applicant data with third parties.

2. Artificial Intelligence Non-Training Clause

Applicant documents processed through Admitly's advisory AI features are evaluated strictly for OCR text extraction and evidence checking during the active review session. Applicant data is never used for model training or public datasets.

3. Search Engine Indexing Protection

Private applicant records, uploaded documents, internal staff queues, and authentication routes are explicitly excluded from public search engine indexing via robots.txt and sitemap configurations.
