Security Architecture

Admitly is built with strict multi-tenant data isolation, permission-based access control, and append-only audit trail integrity. Administrative actions and review outcomes are recorded for authorized oversight.

Multi-Tenant Isolation

Every institutional record, applicant document, and background job runs under strict tenant boundary checks. Cross-tenant access attempts are blocked and logged.

Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)

Backend routes enforce exact permission strings (e.g. admin:applications:verify). Access privileges are verified per request.

Append-Only Application Audit Logging

Audit logs capture administrative actions, verification outcomes, and fee updates. AuditLog collections enforce append-only database pre-hooks that block update and delete operations.
